In the unlikely event you encounter any problems with VegaStream gateways the information below will allow VegaStream trained support personnel to begin to debug the problem quickly.
When creating a new support request, please always include the following information:
If you have multiple Vega gateways include a "show support" for all of them.
Also, include a textual description of the problem. This will ensure that the information needed to initially analyze the problem is present.
Often, it is a configuration problem. Sometimes however, further analysis is necessary. For instance it can sometimes be helpful to see what is going on at the network level. So, either be prepared to take a network trace (e.g. using wireshark or similar) or provide one with the initial problem description.
Once you have collected this information please send it to your VegaStream supplier for analysis.
